I founded ValueX to close the gap I had spent my career watching from the inside — capable, growing companies operating without the financial leadership they needed at the moments that mattered most.
Over more than 15 years in finance leadership — including 10+ years across the MENA region and a foundation built in the Big Four — I've done the work I now bring to ValueX's clients: standing up finance departments from the ground up, building the systems and controls that make a company credible to investors and acquirers, and executing successful M&A transactions exceeding $35 million in combined deal value.
That is the standard I hold myself to with every ValueX client. I work closely with late-stage growth companies, usually at an inflection point — preparing for legal restructuring, shaping an expansion strategy, raising investment, executing an acquisition, or positioning the business for a successful exit. My role is to bring senior financial judgement into the room before the decision is made, not to explain it afterwards.

Our Managing Partner brings Big 4 training and Chartered Accountant credentials (ICAEW), with 15+ years of experience, a specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Mergers & Acquisitions specialisation from London Business School.
I work closely with late-stage growth companies, helping them navigate complexity—whether that’s preparing for legal restructuring, expansion strategies, investment rounds, executing acquisitions, or positioning the business for a successful exit.
I’ve supported the closure of multi-million-dollar transactions, represented both buyers and sellers, advised founders through capital raises from pre-seed to Series B and helped companies expand in the MENA region.
